Molly earned her BA in Fashion Marketing and Management from ILIA – Chicago where she fine-tuned her interest in business management, growing markets, and increasing ROI.  Her experience in visual merchandising with West Elm and other retailers is one of the reasons she works with photographers to build the PHANOMEN portfolio.   Mrs. Caprio bolsters the capabilities of the procurement team, utilizing her strengths in levels of bidding, vendor negotiations/ communications, supply-chain solutions, and licensing.  

Molly takes pride in continuing to evolve her business acumen and exceeding client expectations.  Her ability to maintain organization of the many moving parts of a project while perpetuating excellent business relationships is a true asset of the team.
