Meet Sandra Pineda, our dedicated Resolution Specialist, who ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Sandra began her career with a background in project coordination working in the manufacturing industry, honing her skills in project management, problem solving, and quality control. She applies structured project management methodologies in manufacturing, translating to effective oversight of claims resolution processes, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail has made her an invaluable asset in the execution of all PHANOMEN projects.

Aside from handling claims Sandra also helps execute projects by assisting the procurement team. During work hours you will find her in the office, assisting Mark with onsite deliverables, or working with Loree on business operations. Beyond her duties, Sandra has a genuine passion for interior design. Her appreciation for aesthetics and functionality brings an additional layer of understanding to her role.

On top of all of this, Sandra is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a paralegal. In her free time, Sandra continues her academic pursuits on campus or immerses herself in nature with her husky.
